We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team. As a Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business expansion efforts and ensuring our continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strategies to help them achieve their business goals
  • Managing the client relationship by championing the seller’s needs at Amazon and any additional channels. Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client’s organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage toward a growth plan.
  • Managing and driving the growth of the client’s business: Build and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities
  • Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and onboarding teams.
  • Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.
  • Analyzing the business: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the client’s current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize advertising campaigns and provide recommendations to clients based on campaign performance data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all Amazon (and beyond) inquiries and needs
  • Conduct regular business reviews with advertisers to identify opportunities for growth and provide performance updates
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to increase client spend and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in advertising technology, and educate clients on best practices and new advertising products and features
  • Ensure all advertising campaigns adhere to Amazon Advertising policies and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Presentation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both small and large audiences.
  • Analytical abilities: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Team player: Collaborative nature with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in digital advertising or e-commerce
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
    Experience working with Amazon Advertising or other digital advertising platforms is a plus
